Important Travel Tips
-Passenger Name must spell as per passport. Failing to provide the exact spelling could result in spoiling the whole trip.
-After the reservation is made, name changes are not permitted.
Kindly confirm with your reservation agent that your name is spelled correctly on the record.
-Provide the reservation agent with all your telephone numbers (both at your origin and destination)
-It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that he/she has a valid passport and the required visas for the final destination and the intermediate points on his/her itinerary.
-Passenger must reconfirm his/her return flights at least 72 hours before departure date.
-For lost luggage, lost ticket, extension of ticket validity the passenger must contact the concerned Airline at destination or intermediate point.
-Air lines classify passengers by age. A passenger 12 years
or older is an adult, 2 years to 11 years is a child, 1 day and
up to 24 months is an infant. It is the responsibility of the
ticket purchaser to advise the age of the travelers.
-Luggage allowance on international flights is as follows: each passenger adult or child is allowed 2 pieces 70 LB each. A 15 LB carry on bag is the maximum allowance for the infant.
